Hello, I’m Katie, a St. Louis Realtor for nearly a decade. I am an artist and creative professional at heart, and I bring that passion into every collaboration. Before real estate, I worked in healthcare technology and also owned my own professional photography business. Before that, I wanted to be a ballerina and an artist.

Creating thoughtful, moving content is what I love to do — always with an intentional point of view and incredible attention to detail.

I currently live in Benton Park with my partner Andrew and our 13-year-old lab, Gracie. We have three very cool adult kids, love live music, and enjoy traveling when we can.

My family, my friends, my fur babies, music, dancing, travel, writing, poetry, & perpetual self improvement. The oceans, the mountains, the early morning air, hot coffee, fresh guacamole, all things periwinkle, and the smell of warm rain.

Can we work together without a long-term commitment?
Absolutely. Some packages are month-to-month, while others are designed for an ongoing creative partnership. We’ll find what makes sense for you.

Do you create the content from scratch?
Yes. Depending on the package, I can concept, write, shoot, design, edit, and create the finished content for you.

Do I need to provide photos or video?
Not necessarily. I can work with what you already have, or we can create new photo and video content together depending on the package.

Can I request something that isn't included in a package?
Of course. Packages are a starting point, not a box. Additional content and custom projects can be added as needed. I also have an À La Carte menu for clients.

Can you work within my existing branding?
Yes. I can work within established brand guidelines while still bringing my own creative eye to the content.

If you don’t have an established logo or brand guidelines, I can help you conceptualize and create that for a custom quote.

Will you manage/post my social media, too?
The packages focus on content creation rather than ongoing social media management. If you need posting or additional support, let's talk about what that could look like.

How much input do I have?
As much as you'd like. Some clients want to collaborate closely; others prefer to hand me the reins. We'll figure out what works best for you and adjust as needed.

Can we work together on just one project?
Yes. One-off projects are welcome when the scope is a good fit.

What if I need something more custom?
That's where a conversation comes in. We can build something around your specific needs rather than forcing you into a package.

How do I know which package is right for me?
You don't have to. If you're unsure, we'll talk through what you're trying to accomplish and I'll point you in the right direction.

What if your creative style isn't what I'm looking for?
My work has a distinct point of view — artistic, thoughtful, and detail-driven.

If you're looking for something very loud, busy, or heavily graphic, we may not be the right creative fit. And that's okay. The best work happens when the aesthetic clicks.
